H-2A Temporary Agricultural Workers
- The federal H-2A visa program helps employers hire foreign workers for temporary agricultural positions. Workers are hired for a set period, usually 6 to 10 months.

J-1 Cultural and Professional Exchange Program

- For employers, the J-1 offers access to international talent for periods of 3 to 12 months, with motivated participants in training—helping fill temporary positions, boost projects, and enrich the team with a multicultural perspective, without a permanent hiring commitment.
EB-3 Permanent Workers
- The EB-3 immigrant visa category allows U.S. companies to hire foreign workers permanently when there are not enough qualified candidates in the local labor market. This visa grants the worker and their family the opportunity to obtain permanent residency (Green Card) in the U.S.
